Miscarriage Support ($0 - $150)**

  •  9 hours of in-person labor and postpartum support within within 2 Weeks  Postpartum. 
  • Preparing you for what to expect as you birth your baby through miscarriage.
  • Physical and emotional support are provided during the miscarriage and birth of your baby,
  • Nutrition Support/ Light Meal Prep
  • Referrals
  • Bi-Weekly Check in By Text or Phone for 6 Weeks. 

Connecting With Resources (No Cost)**
You will be provided with referrals to  support resources for grief and bereavement and any other needs as required.

 


**Cost of Services may be free and will be determined on a case by case basis, depending on the availability of donated funds. No family will be turned away due to inability to pay and payment plans are available. Please contact us to discuss your needs. 

Pregnancy and Infant Loss Support

 Genesis Birth Services provides support for birth, support for bereavement, support for both. The birth of a baby at any gestational age is still a birth, and you and your baby deserve  support.

 

 Bereavement doula services are provided for all types of loss, without judgement. Your Doula is  committed to providing you with non-medical support and advocacy before, during and after the birth of your baby. You will recieve help exploring any options for the birth of your baby, along with being connected with resources and support. You will have someone dedicated to supporting you as prepare for your birth, create memories and keepsakes.  We are commited to validating your birth experience by providing  a support packages that fit to your needs. If you do not see anything that fits please contact us. 


Birth Support ($0 - $500)**
 You  will receive emotional support and physical comfort, relaxation, , positioning, and other techniques for comfort. Assitance with your birth vision to create an experience that honors you and your baby. We will help you welcome your baby and help with memory making and keepsakes as your spend precious time bonding with your child. When the time comes to say farewell, I will help to ease the transition by connecting you with support and resources for the next step of your parenthood journey.  Services also include the following: 

 

  • On call for you 24/7 as you anticipate the birth of your baby
  • Phone and email support 
  • Referrals
  • Care Package

What is a Doula?

 

Birth Doula 

A trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional and informational support before, during and shortly after childbirth to assist in achieving the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible. 

 

What is a Postpartum Doula?

A postpartum doula is there to help a new family in those first days and weeks after bringing home a new baby.

A postpartum doula provides evidenced based information on;

  • infant feeding / breastfeeding 

  • emotional and physical recovery from birth

  • parent–baby bonding

  • infant soothing

  • basic newborn care

  • nutrition
  • honoring and nurturing and supporting the needs of the parent who has given birth up to 1 year after giving birth

 

We have designed programs to help you stay on track with your health goals. Womb or no womb we want to help you make healthy and informed choices about your reproductive health.  Access Education, Referrals, and Newsletters. Get confidential person to person health counseling and set goals between doctors visits  with Community Health Workers.

 

Genesis Birth Services Provides No Cost and Low Cost Reproductive Health Support

Are you eligible?

Free services are provided to:

  • Youths under the age of 18.
  • Adults living under the poverty threashold guidelines. 

Persons above the poverty threashold are eligible for program services for a donation. 

 

NO PERSON WILL BE DENIED SUPPORTIVE SERVICES FOR INABILITY TO MAKE A DONATION
